Le Pilates est une méthode d’exercice qui vise à renforcer le corps tout en apaisant l’esprit.
Concentration et Contrôle: Le Pilates exige une attention particulière à chaque mouvement, ce qui aide à améliorer la concentration et à réduire le stress.
Respiration: La respiration contrôlée est essentielle dans le Pilates. Elle aide à oxygéner le corps et à favoriser une relaxation profonde.
Connexion Corps-Esprit: En se concentrant sur les mouvements et la respiration, les pratiquants développent une meilleure conscience corporelle et une connexion esprit-corps plus profonde.

Le Reformer est très largement utilisé en Pilates. Sa structure originale avec élingues et poulies, permet de travailler l’ensemble du corps, en particulier les membres inférieurs et supérieurs, contre une résistance élastique apportée par les ressorts, et avec une dynamique de retour. Les abdominaux répondent très bien aux exercices effectués sur Le Reformer. La diversité des exercices qu’il propose ainsi que son aspect ludique en font un outil de choix pour l’entrainement individuel et collectif, et pour la rééducation.

​As a certified Hatha yoga and meditation guide (500hrs TTC) with 8 years of experience teaching in countries like Indonesia, India, Myanmar, Italy, and Hungary, My focus during sessions is on breath and alignment in the poses. I am passionate about witnessing physical and mental healing through awareness of the body and self. Therefore, I dedicate myself to helping practitioners connect deeply with their bodies through mindful movement and breath while holding a safe space for them to identify and release stored sensations. I love working with committed practitioners who build consistency in their practice and trust the process of change. During our session, you will be guided through various moves and postures, with adjustments provided to help you gain the most benefit from the sequence.

Rejuvenating morning yoga flow
The flow focuses on foundational postures held for 2-3 breaths, encouraging you to connect with your inner self. As you move through a series of poses, you will cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering a sense of calm and clarity. (Intermediate level)

Starting the class with hip mobility exercises then move towards the foundational postures, proper alignment, and mindful breathing holding the postures for 4-6 breaths. (all level)

Keep your inner embers glowing by building just enough heat to get your energy moving through gentle movement, breathwork and meditation.
A beautiful soundscape of music will support us in dropping into how we are feeling beneath the busyness of the mind and help us discover what needs to be moved within us.
There is no goal in Somatic Yoga, but you will most likely find your nervous system has down regulated, leaving you feeling more grounded, more centred and more connected to yourself.
In other words, a beautiful way to press the reset button mid-week and ultimately return to a more embodied existence.

Yogatsu is a new class by Khaled (Shiatsu K). It blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with the energy-balancing wisdom of Shiatsu. Each session aligns with the seasons, helping you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and support emotional and energetic flow. A practice of deep relaxation, self-healing, and seasonal harmony — open to all levels.
